use up to 65% less paint. With electrostatic coating less paint is lost
through overspray.
*Wagner Electrostatic Spray Systems
save up to 80% in time. Intricate pieces of work e.g. steel frames or
banister rails are evenly coated due to the wrap around effect. Depending on
the object time, saving of up to 80% are possible with electrostatic
spraying. See the diagram below demonstrating electrostatic paint wrap.
